Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as the postman/messenger will need a signature.
If your order is delivered via Slovak Post, they will leave a card confirming they have left your order at your local post and give you details on how to collect it.
If you chose a Door-to-Door delivery, don’t worry if you aren’t home, as the messenger usually tries to deliver more than once and will try to contact you by phone in order to rearrange delivery.
