Why am I getting this error message: "These credentials do not match our records"?

This means that you cannot login because the email address and (or) the password you entered does not match the registration information we have in our database. Here are few reasons why this could be happening:

1) Our new eShop is located on a different URL address than our old warchalshop. Unfortunatelly, we were not able to migrate your old login information to our new eShop, since we do not have access to your password, which is safely encrypted. This means that your old account will not work anymore and you will have to create a new account in order to benefit from the Trial Program reserved to registered users. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation. 

2) Both email addresses and passwords are case sensitive, so please check that the Caps lock key on your keyboard is not activated and try retyping your login information again.

3) You cannot remember your password. If this is the case, simply reset it by going to the login page and clicking on the "Forgot password?" link. You will be asked to enter your email address and a link to reset your password will be sent to that email address automatically.

It won't let me to buy a set for Trial price – even though I have not tried this particular set for half price yet!

You have probably tried to purchase this set for Trial price before. Since the order has already been submitted, this set does no longer apper in your cart. Please check your „Order history“ (you will find it by clicking on the figure next to your name when you are signed in). You should see there a list of your orders. You can pay for the original order with trial set anytime, simply by clicking on the number of your order and then following few easy steps after clicking on the „Make payment“ button.
