This means that you cannot login because the email address and (or) the password you entered does not match the registration information we have in our database. Here are few reasons why this could be happening:
1) Our new eShop is located on a different URL address than our old warchalshop. Unfortunatelly, we were not able to migrate your old login information to our new eShop, since we do not have access to your password, which is safely encrypted. This means that your old account will not work anymore and you will have to create a new account in order to benefit from the Trial Program reserved to registered users. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this situation.
2) Both email addresses and passwords are case sensitive, so please check that the Caps lock key on your keyboard is not activated and try retyping your login information again.
3) You cannot remember your password. If this is the case, simply reset it by going to the login page and clicking on the "Forgot password?" link. You will be asked to enter your email address and a link to reset your password will be sent to that email address automatically.
