We prefer to sell our strings via our wholesale and retail partner network rather than supplying online shops. This is because we believe that an internet site cannot provide the same level of customer service that you would receive from your local stockist or luthier.
However, it takes time to create a sufficiently wide retail network to be able to guarantee the availability of our strings worldwide. Because of this, we've decided to create our own online shop to help customers who are not currently able to purchase our strings in their area. Of course, you are always welcome to ask your local shop to contact us if they are interested in stocking our strings.
There are many options when it comes to buying strings on the internet. This applies to all strings, not only to ours of course. Prices can greatly vary. Sometimes a bargain may turn out not to be the best choice. Some internet sellers get rid of old stock (sometimes selling fake strings) at very low prices.

We have continually been receiving many requests from musicians for free sample strings. We have always tried to fulfil these requests but the volume has greatly risen with many musicians repeatedly asking for free strings. Unfortunately, due to the great rise in requests for free samples we have decided it would be best if we no longer did this. If we were to send out free strings to everyone that asked for them we would have to reduce our investment in research and development and the prices of our strings would also have to increase. We felt that it would be unfair to send free strings to some people while rejecting others. We also felt that it would be unfair to our business partners to send out so many free strings.
We know that trying new strings can be tough because it is not always easy to predict which strings will match a particular instrument. That is why we made the decision to introduce a half price Trial purchase.
